It met our needs

Very convenient booking and checkin, hot water, WiFi, really just needed a place to sleep after snow boarding. Awesome restaurant on first floor but not part of lodge. It would be nice if they offered specials for guests staying at lodge. Parking lot could be maintained better, with fresh layer of gravel and trash pickup. Lodge in need of renovation, but that is expected of a NM wore out ski town.

Room 306

We stayed in room 306. It was a nice facility however when we woke up my son noticed a bug on the pillow. We researched it and it was a Bed Bug. When I flipped the sheets I noticed a dried blood stain as well on the white sheet. Notified property manager and hope that they take care of this. We are now terrified that we brought the bugs home with us.

Easy rental process close to Angel Fire. Clean room easy check in check out. Family enjoyed the stay and perfect for our short trip.

The stay was pretty good, we just had a hard time getting in contact with the host for a space heater. Other than that a good place for a short stay.

We do give guests an after-hours emergency number to call in such cases. First room was not ready beds not made room a mess was moved 2nd room was very nice manager was #1
