Only thing that would have made it better were if kitchen had a meat thermometer, foil or plastic wrap or even some containers to store leftovers during visit. Otherwise, it was great and we would recommend!

Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall property was great. Just 2 things to mention- the dishwasher was not emptied but we just treated it like a cupboard. The master shower head is broken so if you don’t have it straight, water spurts out the top all over the bathroom. We left it straight to see the issue you’ll need to angle it down.

Great Arcata house but a dog has lived here.

Our only complaint is that there is dog hair and very clearly a dog has lived here recently. White dog hair ended up on our packs. Our son is allergic to dogs so we weren’t psyched.
Other than that it was a great place in the Arcata bottoms.

Lovely home in Arcata

The front door code was problematic and I ended up having to contact the housekeeper who told me how to access an actual key. I would suggest offering renters the key option right up front to avoid the frustration of not being able to open the front door. Other than that, I really liked the house and would rent it again.

Great spot close to downtown Arcata
Publié le 27 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayBrought some friends to visit my CalPoly student. This house was clean, conveniently located, great parking, great kitchen, easy check in. We had a blast hiking, shopping the Saturday market, hunting for agates at Agate Beach, visiting Sue-meg State Park. Will definitely be back!
