Great personnel attention, but very poor service.
Publié le 10 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel had a friendly personnel. However, the service and cleaning conditions were way below standard. First, the room needs an urgent deep cleaning (stained and smelly carpet, shower with some dirt). Also, the room had no soap and the bedding looked very old, with what seems to be a cigarrette-burned sheet). Further, a coded locker was not operational a one of the closet top doors was missing a hinge, which could lead to a drop of the door on someone, causing accident. Finally, there is coffee and hot water at the reception, but the containers do not seem to keep these liquids hot. For these reasons at two different times I tried using them and could not.

Great place in Arequipa
Publié le 10 avr. 2018 sur ExpediaWe checked into another hotel near the airport and but were fortunate to be able flee to this one. Small and centrally located, with very clean rooms. Comfortable beds, hot shower, great Sunday breakfast. I recommend this small but nice hotel. The only downside for some could be no elevator. We were on the third floor but not a problem for us.
