Poor facilities

Initial booking for a deluxe cabin. When I called to confirm and check booking (even though WotIf site showed "BOOKED, NO NEED TO CONFIRM", no booking was found. After an hour or so I was contacted back and the booking was found in the JUNK Email box. Now though, no deluxe cabins available, Only basic and with no other choices I had to accept at that late stage. Arrived. Found glass door large crack, power point for A/C hanging off wall, crack in mirror, missing knobs and dirty oven, chair backs screws loose and padding worn revealing frame, vent missing off wall and on the floor, door handles for wardrobe missing screw and a small fan heater which performed averagely. Basic cabin has no facilities and had to walk to shower and toilet (NOTE - deluxe cabin booked). Placed drinks in fridge on night 1, went to have drink on night 3 and fridge was not turned on, warm drinks! First step from ground too big as soil eroded away, potential for a fall in the future.Electrical switches stiff to operate and no electrical items have been tested and tagged. TV on top of wardrobe and difficult to see and screen partially obscured by cabinet. Needs longer or relocated cable point. The fact that I booked a deluxe cabin and was left with the only choice being a basic is unacceptable. Photos of the above issues can be provided if required.
