Somewhat noisy but lots of restaurants in street below so that is good and bad. Noise subsided after 11pm.
Biggest problem for us was air conditioning not working properly and we were there at a very hot time of year. Probably just bad luck for us.
another issue was the bathroom while nicely updated, not designed well as the water from the shower had no containment and flooded the entire bathroom floor when used

Location is perfect, just a shot walk from all the attractions. Breakfast was in a cafe next door. Nice clean rooms. Please note that there are steep, narrow stairs inside to get to the reception desk and the AC wasn’t very strong.
