Excellent Home for Family Get together
We were delighted to see this property decorated for the holidays, as our family met in Athens to celebrate an early Christmas. The home was ideal for us, and the owner quickly solved a minor problem we had with the front door sensor. If we meet in Athens again one day, we will certainly book this lovely home again.

Secluded Serenity
We stayed at this lovely home for a family wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. The location was ideal, close to family, and it was wonderful to be able to spend time together in such a beautiful home. A special treat was spotting deer while enjoying our morning coffee. Wonderful stay in Athens!
Communication was spot on. Emails, texts, very easy and quick to respond. The house was gorgeous in a peaceful, upscale neighborhood. We were able to fit all of our family and friends comfortably. Beds were plush. Towels were plentiful. Perfect for our daughter’s family weekend and a Dawgs win!

Needs a lot of love!!!
I start by saying this house has a ton of potential. That said, the house is in dire need of some owner love and care. We were very disappointed multiple times throughout our stay. From arriving to a dirty kitchen and having to clean out the fridge from prior guests including a cooked meal left in a pan, to dirty pots, pans, dishes, and broken appliances and furniture. The floors throughout were dirty requiring us to vacuum on arrival. The garage was filthy with the garage fridge loaded with things from prior guests. The oven was so dirty with previously spilled food that it was unusable and made the house smell like smoke when we began to preheat it. The lovely backyard needs to be maintained to be usable. Again, the house has potential but urgently needs attention. The owner was responsive to our first issue, but unresponsive and unapologetic to any further concerns despite multiple text messages.

Comfort and convenience
This home had all the amenities necessary to have a comfortable place to stay in between family activities. It is in a lovely neighborhood and was close to everywhere we were obliged to go. The only problem was the rain for two days which the owner had no power to prevent so we were very grateful to be able to use the garage to enter the house.

Classic Athens-beautiful home!
Our stay couldn’t have been better. Perfect ‘home’ for hosting our niece’s baby shower. The hosts were very communicative and made extra efforts to personalize our stay. The home is spacious, comfortable beds, and more than stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals, and then some. Would most definitely book again!
