Terrible

Smoke detector was beeping for two days. I was unable to sleep. I reached out to management all they kept saying was they apologize for the inconvenience.

The Worst Stay Ever

Pros: Property is located in a fantastic area, close walking distance to everything. Cons: Communication with staff and manager is absolutely horrid. I would have to call back multiple times to get the simplest issue repaired or fixed. Also, gave me wrong info about the extension/registration process, no plates on the walls covering wires, wasp nests outside, mattress was filthy (thankfully they did clean it) leaks in closet (sent maintenance, who just said they couldn’t fix it that day), no screens in windows so you can’t open them, still had issues unresolved when I left-just overall a mess. They gave me additional complimentary days in lieu of a refund, and during one of those days, a leak sprang in the closet and I saw a bug in the bathroom (probably due to the leak)-which completely negated the additional days. I was constantly interrupted without notification by maintenance, cleaning staff, and other personnel. Whenever I asked for ETA, they would just say they didn’t know. I had to do a meeting in the bathroom to avoid noise from the mattress cleaner. If they had resolved all the issues (and no new ones popped up), I would’ve stayed because of the location, but it is definitely not worth it. Avoid at all costs

Mid-Town Gem

I am a regular traveler and would rate this place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places i have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything I needed to feel at home. Communication was great too. I would highly recommend this wonderful apartment

The property was in an upscale location which I loved. It was very spacious and tidy. It was unique as it made feel like a local, like I have been living there. I was very comfortable, I felt at home in this space. We had everything we needed there and the location was perfect for going out and experiencing the Atlanta nightlife.
