Family 60th Birthday
Publié le 16 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe boat was amazing, clean, in working order, and host was communicative. The only negative I have is parking. There is a $15.00 fee (which is reasonable) but it doesn’t come with a pass so if you leave you are charged again, security was very rude and 2 guest got flat tires by the rocks in from the parking area.

Hi Tamra, thank you for your review. We are sorry for having to pay for parking and tire issues. These unfortunately are out of our control. The parking fee is inforced by the marina owners not us. We hope this doesn't detour you from staying with us again in the future. You were great guests :)

Bachelorette Boat Party
Publié le 16 mai 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had an absolute blast hosting my bachelorette party on Frank’s houseboat! Staying on the boat was such a unique experience and vastly exceeded our expectations with how modern, spacious, updated, and clean everything was. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us and we loved being able to have a picnic on the top deck (after we cleared away the cobwebs aplenty, which was really our only minor issue). The slide was also a huge hit, we loved launching ourselves onto the lily pad and laying out in the sun. The guys at the marina were super helpful throughout our stay, from helping us with bags when we arrived to helping us figure out the Bluetooth sound system (which was awesome — playing inside AND out), and even helping us unclog a toilet when needed. Whenever we had a question or issue, it seemed like someone would magically appear in a matter of minutes. Truly wonderful hospitality — something we found there to be plenty of in Texas! We would absolutely stay again and can’t thank Frank and his team enough for making our stay such a memorable, enjoyable one.

Pretty good stay on the water
