Do not recommend - DIRTY

We left this VRBO after finding it not cleaned upon arrival. The shower was covered in mold as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. Other areas had not been vacuumed.
I contacted the host, who agreed to submit a refund, but still has not sent it after 2 weeks. I have contacted VRBO support who says the refund is solely managed by the host.
We should be issued a full refund since we did not stay here due to serious cleanliness issues.

The Domain in Austin
Publié le 8 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayThis one bedroom secure property is in a perfect location to enjoy the domains shopping, restaurants and nightlife. With having access to the beautiful pool on the property the only thing I would recommend adding is ice cub trays and plastic glasses.

A week in Austin
Publié le 23 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed the apartment we rented through VRBO. It was a very clean place, which is number one on my list! Easy access to everything we were interested in. Only downside was the bed which for us was too hard. But, overall stay was great.
