Avis House with panorama view of Sea and Mountains

Appartement assez bien situé, belles prestations mais lits pas faits à l’arrivée, draps et serviettes séchaient dehors. Ce n’est pas la première fois que cela arrive, le check on était prévu pour 15h, nous sommes arrivés à 19h et rien n’était prêt. Draps et serviettes étaient mouillés dans une bassine…

First we got the wrong address, and then we didn't have the code for the keys... First thing we saw an incredible dirty toilet, full waste basket, beds were not made... I called and then the so called cleaning lady came over, made the bed without under sheets, cleaned the toilet in 1 minute. Hair on the floor... Not a good beginning. We had to clean the bathroom before using it. Shower upstairs didn't work, no pressure, and the beds upstairs were terrible. Finally we slept in the small room downstairs. Location quite outside , you need a car for everything. And the fact that all cupboards are filled with private stuff didn't make us feel at home.

Property is ideally located between number of mountain villages, towns and the beach , whilst also having the option to stay and relax by the sites outdoor pool. Lots of space for a family with all the facilities you need.

Mooie locatie als je van rust houdt. Het huis zelf is prachtig en heeft goede voorzieningen. Het gemeenschappelijk zwembad is perfect als je met jonge kinderen reist. Ook de communicatie met de eigenaar verliep zeer goed

We spent a wonderful winter week in steffen’s house and enjoyed the amazing view of the blue sky and the ocean every morning at breakfast. Steffen was unbelievably accommodating the whole time and we can absolutely recommend a vacation in his house.

La proprietà non e’ Facile da trovare , l’indirizzo non corrisponde all’abitazione. Mi ha aiutato nella Ricerca una donna facente parte della direzione della struttura. La casa e’ Molto Bella la vista pure, ci siamo fermati due notti per incontrare degli amici quindi non abbiamo Usufruito dei servizi quali piscina e campo da tennis. Ritengo che l’annuncio debba essere più esplicativo in merito ai servizi non offerti. Mi rendo conto che sia una casa privata ma al nostro arrivo ( siamo arrivati qualche ora prima Del check in previsto ,) le lenzuola erano Nella Lavatrice ancora bagnate , mentre asciugamani ed altre lenzuola erano appoggiate in modo confuso in una stanza e sinceramente non sembravano all’altezza di chiamarsi tali. Dopo diversi messaggi e telefonate ( in Danimarca) con la proprietà in inglese ( non parlano italiano) siamo stati messi in contatto con una donna molto Gentile E disponibile che normalmente effettua le pulizie , la Quale Vista la Situazione ci ha portato delle Lenzuola pulite ed asciutte . Ritengo che nell’annuncio sia opportuno descrivere anche i i servizi non offerti. In modo da preparare il viaggiatore anche perché chi va in vacanza normalmente non vuole pensieri, diversamente che vacanza sarebbe?
