I am stay 7 days in this hotel but all the staff are so stupid and very bad and miss behave with all coustomer and any people check out and going to another hotel and and i am going to another hostel

No problem with the hotel. the guy in the reception was very helpful. me and my friend booked 2 rooms and when we reached the hotel, my friend booking was not showing in the system. In such a peak tourist season, we find alternate accommodation with lots of problem. i dont know about others but for me in the near future i will never book hotel or flight with Expedia.

The best place we stayed in Baku

The place was clean and it was clear that is was a professional place. It should also be noted that the hostel has a very central location. The only downside was that the room that we initially booked didn't have walls that went all the way to the ceiling. That should have been more clear on the website. However, it didn't prove to be a problem, as they moved us to another room.

Walls that do not go all the way up

Wont be going Backu to this hotel
Publié le 4 juin 2019 sur HotelsAppalling room had gone when I arrived so I didn't proceed. This despite speaking to Hotel.com during the day to secure this. Obviously the hotel was just making a quick buck because of the Europa League Final Hotels.com should not entertain dealing with anyone who has dramatically changed their price. It became apparent that that room had no individual bathroom had we stayed not ideal for a father and daughter.

Solo trip to Baku

Staff are friendly and helpful.
Just a little noisy sometimes as rooms are off reception area.

素晴らしいロケーション
