Lieu magnifique et on profite un maximum de la nature sans téléphone ou wifi, c’est simple, aucune connection n’est possible. Super propre et très confortable et le service est 10/10

Es hat uns dort sehr gefallen, vor allem das Service-Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Kritikwürdig ist der unprofessionelle Empfang beim Einchecken. Die Rezeptionistin behauptete, ich hätte nur den Preis für die niedrigere Kategorie an Zimmern bezahlt und wies uns deshalb den "Mint-Room" zu. Auch wäre kein Frühstück inbegriffen. Das etwas nicht stimmt, bemerkte ich dann, nachdem unsere Koffer bereits in diesen Raum gebracht worden sind. Die Fotos unserer Buchung entsprachen nicht dem, was wir hier vorgefunden hatten. Ich prüfte meine Buchungsbestätigung und stellte fest, dass wir den Thyme-Raum gebucht und bereits bezahlt hatten, inclusive Frühstück. Erneut versuchten wir das Gespräch mit der Rezeptionistin, die uns das gebuchte Zimmer aber nur gegen Zahlung von zusätzlichen 4000 Pesos frei gab. Am Abend nahm ich Kontakt zu Expedia auf und stellte fest, dass wir den Thyme-Raum gebucht und bezahlt hatten. Das teilte ich am nächsten Morgen der Rezeptionistin mit und verlangte die 4000 Pesos zurück. Sie teilte uns mit, dass Sie sich mit dem Management dazu abstimmen muss. Am Abend erhielten wir dann Nachricht, dass wir die 4000 Pesos zurück erhalten und das Resort will alles andere selbst mit Expedia klären. Das hätte ich von Anfang an so erwartet. Wenn ich etwas buche und im Voraus bezahle, möchte ich das bestellte auch nutzen können. Die Rezeption ist entgegen den offiziellen Angaben täglich von 09:00 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr besetzt. Nicht ab 7 Uhr!

This resort was amazing. The grounds are kept extremely clean. It's a wonderful drive up the highway in one of the most well kept areas of Cebu. The view from the room was incredible. The staff was very accommodating. They delivered breakfast to our room. They called in the morning to ask if we wanted breakfast before they stopped serving it. The grounds workers helped me strap my luggage to the motorcycle. The food was great. Wifi worked great and the shower had an incredible view of the mountains.Will definitely go back when in Cebu.

worth or not worth? we just wanted a change.

Local area - has nothing, no option other than what they offer Condition - ok, but we got group room.i booked for 2 adult and 3 kids and got group room of 17 people bedding room. Comfort - walking down and going up was difficult through steep way Clealiness - they cleaned only 3 bed as we were 6; rest of the bes had lizard poos. Our pillows and bed were dusty. My whole family is sensitive to dust and all of us suffered. Service - Ok, nothing to mention great. There were no enough hooks in bathrooms. Should provide internet. This place have no local telephone coverage too if you think of enable your mobike data. Nothing wouldnt work; you are just cut from outside world. No cartoon channels for infants! Restaurent food is just horrible; please improve your teams and change the menu of availble items; no beef soup at all.

Views were amazing. Great for hikers. Nice place to just switch off and relax as there is no wifi and hard to get phone reception in the rooms.

the place is wonderful. cold weather and staff were very polite and respectful and very pleasing. The food if excellent. We would love to visit the place again. Thank you very much! We truly enjoyed our stay.
