Home away from home
Posted Nov. 24, 2024 on HomeAwayLoved the location, great host who greeted us above our expectations ahead of our intended arrival. Tony is also a very knowledgeable host available to assist all his guests on small excursions around Barcelona. Unfortunately we couldn’t take advantage of his services because of health issues on our side.

Great Neighborhood and apartment

Tony had excellent customer service and although we didn’t need it he offered his services as a tour guide too. Loved the neighborhood with all of the good restaurants and coffee shops. Close to metro that helped us get around the city easily. Would definitely recommend!

Great Location
Posted Nov. 14, 2024 on HomeAwayIf you’re looking for somewhere to blend in with the locals, this is the place. If you don’t mind walking, you can pretty much walk to everything from the unit. Lots of local cafes, restaurants and bars near by the unit. Tony was awesome to deal with, made check easy and stored our bags as we arrived early in the day, I would also recommend book a day trip with Tony as we really enjoyed it.

Excellent location, very comfortable
Posted Nov. 10, 2024 on HomeAwayEverything was perfect and simplified for us. You can arrange shuttles, taxis, tours, extras once you book this VRBO. Beds were great, walking distance to everything. Property Manager Tony was wonderful and we did a tour with him which was amazing in itself. We had the best time and will be back. You will be very pleased with everything here.

Barcelona Stay
Posted Oct. 2, 2024 on HomeAwayBeautiful apartment in a lovely part of the city. Nearby metro makes it easy to get to just about anything in the Barcelona area. There are lots of restaurants and tapas places nearby. It felt like quieter, more residential part of the City-way om the busier streets in other areas.

We are not a standard apartment. We have personal check in not an automated check in system. We offer top quality mattresses high quality furniture. The flat was recently renovated.
The apartment is located at one of the nicest areas of Barcelona. Close to the major sightseeing’s. The Parlament street is one of the most popular streets in Barcelona where to enjoy high quality restaurants and cafes.
We understand that you did not like the price of our flat. You came when the Americas cup is going on in Barcelona so it’s a peak season. We are below the average price for a flat during those dates.
We hope you had a wonderful time in Barcelona and that we can see you again in the future

Well located property in safe neighborhood
Posted Sep. 30, 2024 on HomeAwayThe flat is well appointed and functional, however small by American standards. If you wanted to use the TV, you must have yout Netflix or Prime passwords. I feel the property manager was a little pushy to use him as a tour guide when we first arrived at the apartment even after explaining that we had already arranged private tours. Upon checking out, he was waiting downstairs for us to leave and did not even ask us if we enjoyed our stay. I felt he was very rude. If you book any tours, or even to pay the local city tax on the flat, they prefer cash in Euros or a PayPal account.

Wonderful visit

Tony was a gracious host, gave us a wonderful tour and introduced us to fabulous restaurants.

Location, location, location
Posted Aug. 24, 2024 on HomeAwayNot sure you could fina a better location if you want to enjoy the culture of local Barcelona. Within a 2-3 block radius there are countless bars, cafes, bakeries, restaurants tun by locals. Staff at everyone of them are friendly. 15 min walk to Placa Espanya, 25 minute walk to Placa Catalunya, 25 minute walk to Mont Juic cable car, 30 minute walk to the foot of Las Ramblas. Enjoyed all 7 days.
