A wonderful place to stay inside and out!
Publié le 12 août 2023 sur HotelsWe had the most wonderful stay in the South Down Shepherd’s hut. We came as a a family of 2 adults and 2 young children. It was the perfect quiet place for us to stay.
On arrival we were greeted with the most beautiful and well considered hut. It has everything you need and more in a small space that is extremely well designed so that it feels spacious and luxurious, the decor is beautiful.
A lovely touch was the cupcakes, eggs and milk on arrival.
The grounds were brilliant, our two young children loved the animals and it was great to be in a safe enclosed environment where they could explore freely. We woke up early to go and say good morning to the pigs and were lucky to collect some fresh eggs. The children loved playing with the wide range of outdoor games and using the bbq to cook dinner. A wonderful space inside and out for us to enjoy a wonderful relaxing as a family. We wished we could have stayed longer.

A lovely overnight stay - ticked all the boxes
Publié le 15 juin 2021 sur HotelsMy wife and I absolutely loved the peace and tranquillity of the area, with the husband and wife ensuring we were comfortable and even went that extra mile to get some butter - we will definitely go back and would again go for The Norfolk Horn
