Dear Mr. Despinic, Thank you anyway for choosing Dolce Vita luxury Suites for your stay in Belgrade. Your comments are absolutely incorrect, impolite and even rude. You made your reservation for Three bedroom apartment for 2 adults and 2 kids (9, 15 yrs old). The apartment was available for the date stated in your reservation. On every single reservation made through Expedia is stated that the City tax is not included in the price, that it is payable upon arrival, per night, per person. This fee is payable to the city of Belgrade for all tourists, and it is never included in accommodation price. So, if you read your reservation confirmation again carefully, you will see that there was no fees that were "unexpected fees". Our property has a few parking spots and garage and it is free of charge for all our guests. But you forgot to mention in your comments that your family (2 adults + 2 kids) did not come alone as per reservation. You came with a huge number of your friends and family members and demanded for all of them to park with us! And not just to park, but to stay with you in the apartment so all of them together with your family could prepare themselves for a wedding party! To relax from the trip, to use bathroom, to take a shower... And this was absolutely not acceptable for us...very reasonable... You choose not to stay and leave because we did not accept 15 persons more to use the apartment and parking spots. We have never had a kind of this situation with any of our guests before.
