Beautiful river view
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is an older property but well maintained and quiet unless you have upstairs neighbors. The access to Pioneer Park and the river is great.
This room is advertised as wheelchair accessible. It does have bars around toilet and in shower and the dining bar was low. However, bathroom very small and shower is too small for wheelchair transfers. I could not get under the sink or see myself in the mirrors. We removed box spring with permission because bed and couch were 6-8 inches too high. The staff was cool with what I needed but this room is more suited to an ambulatory person with ADA needs. Also bring your own pillows

The main bed for this property was like sleeping on a board. It was so bad that my wife and I had to sleep on the couch. The air conditioner was also very loud. Additionally, the property makes it seem like you can walk out your back porch directly to the river; however, you cannot. You have to walk out around the side of the property to get to the river. The waterfall right there in the river is also so loud you can't even have a conversation on the back porch. It was a close drive to downtown, but overall this property was simply overpriced. I would have much rather gotten a normal hotel and been a couple minutes further drive.

Very Disappointing
Publié le 14 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayOur unit was dirty. Floors in unit not cleaned, trash not emptied. I had to throw my white socks away because they were black. There was dog fur on the bedspread. There was no coffee. Very inadequate kitchen.

We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your time here at Bend Riverside Rentals! This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking to relax yet still be in the center of it all. With having views of the Deschutes river it makes it a very easy place to be able to kick your feet up and take in the views. However, if you get the urge to explore, we are just a 10-15 minute walk into the heart of downtown Bend. Not too mention, after a long day of adventuring the heated pool and hot tub will be calling your name!

The view is pretty spectacular if we do say so ourselves! :) I'm so sorry to hear that the bed was not comfortable for you! The good news however is that a new bed for this condo was actually just ordered! Within the next several weeks, the condo will be getting a little facelift and a brand new bed is part of that! We hope you will come give us another try now that the bed issue will be resolved! Thanks for being a wonderful guest!

That is most certainly not the level of cleanliness that we hold our team to and we will be discussing with the housekeeper to ensure it does not happen again. So glad that aside from that, everything else was good! Hopefully you enjoyed that instant access to the river trail right outside the back! It certainly makes for a convenient and lovely walk right into downtown!
