Lobby was stuffy & smelled faintly of Indian food from the adjacent Indian restaurant (connected to the hotel). Asked for quietest floor & were put down the hall from the fitness center in a room with 1 King bed when a room with 2 queens was reserved. The final straw was the “closet”- half of a cabinet that didn’t allow for full-length clothes to be hung. The only option offered by the hotel was a clothes rack which had to remain in the hotel’s office. Walked out after 15 min. & booked at another hotel.

The room type you booked was the Handicap, roll-in shower Queen room but unfortunately that room wasn't available so we accommodate you with the King room but still the handicap. We apologize that we didn't ask if you still needed the handicap or we would've moved you to a Standard Queen room. We are very sorry.Sincerely,Maria. Clark.
