Exhaust fan did not work. No electric outlet in bathroom, spiders, poor lighting in bedroom, bar was closed, outside facility was trashy & saw roaches. They charged and hold $25 for incidentals on your credit card and takes around 4 days to get your money back!

Overall i had a good stay, the breakfast was subpar. Both in food selection and in quality. Also parking was very difficult. Often times there were trucks with trailers taking multiple spaces. Making it more difficult to find a space or park safely

Disappointing stay
Publié le 27 juin 2024 sur HotelsThe room was standard and adequate, but when we discovered that we were assigned to a room where the bed sheets had not been changed and were dirty, we were appalled. The front desk responded quickly by offering us a new (and clean) room but they never offered an apology, and it was very unnerving to stay in a hotel with such low standards for cleanliness, and it greatly affected our satisfaction.
