Excellent rapport qualité-prix
Publié le 16 oct. 2016 sur HotelsExcellent rapport qualité-prix. Difficile à trouver de l'extérieur, car enseigne très discrète. Personnel accueillant et généreux. Après le check-out, j'ai pu laisser mes valises pour deux heures sous surveillance sans coût supplémentaire.

It served its purpose
Publié le 2 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe staff was okay and the property itself could use some upgrade with regards to the appliances. The front reception was not sticking to its posted operating hours. They closed earlier without notice. The baby cot was old and in bad condition.

Wouldn’t rush back

One downside was the water supply was so unbearably hot I could shower (had to use bath instead so could mix cold tap). Be warned that maintenance staff will walk in to your room unannounced and for this reason I probably wouldn’t go back, was really unnerving as this happened on more than 1 occasion

Great location, comfortable and huge

An excellent location to use as a base to visit the city and the surrounding areas.
The apartment was well presented and it is located within easy walking distance to the local restaurants. The secure bookable parking was very convenient.
The staff were very welcoming and did everything to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.
We will definitely use the services apartments again in the near future when visiting Birmingham.

Below average stay.
Publié le 28 août 2024 sur HotelsRented 2 apartments for 3 nights. Receptionist not very welcoming. Place was tired and worn. No air con, windows could only be partially opened. Bed was uncomfortable and bathroom not very clean. Only saving grace is location was not too far from China Town and walking distance to Bull ring.
