PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Beautiful complex with 6 beautiful apartments in Murvica, spread over 4 picturesquely embedded in the countryside holiday cottages and bungalows in Mediterranean farmhouse style, very close to the popular resort of "Bol" on the Dalmatian island of Brac.
Enjoy the idyllic tranquility overlooking the island of Hvar, surrounded by olive, orange and lemon trees and vineyards and let your soul dangle while you see sailing boats on one of the terraces with a glass of wine and a good book right in front of you. The friendly complex consists of 4 small on a slope, cascade or terraced staggered cottages, with the house 1 is the highest, the house 4 is the lowest and thus closest to the sea. All 4 cottages are terraced connected by stairs. The upper and lower house are detached and earthy or single storey.
These two houses, each offer only one rental unit, the A1 in House 1 and the A6 in House 4. In the two two-storey houses, are each 2 rental units. In the house 2 sas A2 on the floor and the A3 on the ground floor, as well as in the house 3 the A4 on the floor and the A5 on the floor. The larger 4 2-bedroom apartments are suitable for 4 persons (A1, A3, A5, A6). The two smaller 2 + 2 apartments (A2 and A4) with only one bedroom + sofa bed in the living area are each on the 1st floor of the two middle houses (house 2 + house 3).
The accommodations are kept simple in terms of equipment, which is especially in the absence of air conditioning (in A2 is air conditioning available) and a TV shows. Here, nature lovers and lovers of archaic lifestyles are sure to get their money's worth. Nevertheless, on request, of course, kitchen appliances such as microwave, filter coffee maker or kettle are provided.
Pets are also welcome here as the surrounding landscape is predestined for walks and hikes. Also bathing with dogs is possible here. The sea with its crystal clear water is barely 150 m. In the vicinity there are 2 beautiful natural pebble beaches that you, of sublime cypresses and agaves, are sure to fall. There are also two restaurants nearby with typical Dalmatian cuisine. The tourist infrastructure is located in the center of Bol, about 5 km away. Free parking on the property are available (about 200m away from house 1).
