All was great !

Séjour agréable et calme
Publié le 3 oct. 2018 sur HomeAwayNous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce chalet agréable qui est joliment aménagé et très calme. Repos garanti. Point de départ idéal pour explorer la région et aller jusqu’à Snaefellsnes. Les propriétaires ont préparé une documentation avec toutes les informations utiles sur la région (que nous avons reçue déjà à l’avance via e-mail). Bon contact avec les propriétaires via e-mail avant notre départ. Ils étaient aussi facilement joignables par téléphone quand nous avons eu un problème avec l’électricité (panne dans la région). Bon équipement du chalet (serviettes de bain etc.), mais il faudrait revoir le coin cuisine au niveau de la vaisselle (manque de tasses à taille normale et de bols). A part du micro-ondes, 1 seule plaque électrique pour cuisiner. Cela peut poser un problème si on passe plus de temps à l’endroit. Sinon, à recommander.

Lovely cottage
Publié le 19 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was described accurately in the listing, though it's a bit more rustic than the photos appear. It was very clean and well-kept. The hosts provided good communication during booking and clear instructions to arrive. The views are majestic. There's a little babbling brook nearby, and lots of birds and vegetation. Really lovely.
One thing to be aware of if you visit in summer: the upper windows do not have shades. The lower main windows all have shades to pull down to block the midnight sun, but the upper windows are open and there is some sunlight in the cabin at all hours. I recommend bringing an eyemask.
This cabin is comfortable for 1-2 persons. I would not recommend for more than two.

A great escape
