Avis Superb 5***** and bright house with garden and pool in Boucau - Welkeys

The owners of this property took the full deposit for dishonest reasons. We arrived and the pool cleaning robot was broken and needed to be fixed. At the end of our stay it broke again - through no fault of our. During our stay the cooker stopped working. An engineer was called out and he fixed the faulty wiring. At then end of the stay we were told we also broke this. We were also billed for a missing security gate key which was never given to us upon check in. I provided whatapp messages to the management company confirming the prior problems with the pool and cooker. They did nothing to support me. Avoid this rental at all costs. The management company are incompetent and spineless and the owners dishonest.
