It was a really nice place. Anna maria island is one of my favorite place in Florida. We had amazing sunny days .

Pour : Super hôtel quasi en bord de plage. Tres bon rapport qualité prix.
Contre : Rien
Emplacement : Ideal pour séjour en bord de mer.
Appartement moderne, tres agréable et fonctionnel. Cuisine complète LL et SL dans appartement. Plage tres belle à 20m, à disposition chaises pliantes de plage. Profitez du coucher de soleil sjr la plage avec en prime le passage des dauphins. Negoces à proximité mais en voitures.

We liked the elevated deck with comfortable chairs. It was nice sitting up there in the evening. The pool looked unkept so we didn't go in. The bed in our studio was not comfortable, it would be better to just put in a queen bed. The grounds keepers were friendly and polite. When we arrived in our room, the handle on the refrigerator was so loose, it was ready to fall off. We had to borrow a screwdriver from the office to fix it. That is something the cleaning person should have taken care of. And the lint in the dryer vent had not been emptied in awhile.

Publié le 27 juill. 2021 sur HotelsThe room was laid out as expected. We booked a 3 bedroom for our family of 6 adults and 1 small child. We received 2 parking passes. I was not told in advance that the apt. was up stairs which proved to be very difficult for my husband and myself as we are handicap. I asked about handicap parking and was told that it was on the property. However, the entire stay, 2 cars were parked in the handicap spaces with no stickers and no parking passes visible. In fact most of the parking lot was full of cars with no parking passes. When it was brought to the attendant's attention, she appeared unconcerned and said there was parking available on the street. If i had know about the stairs and parking, i would not have book this location.,

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment. Unfortunately, no communication nor request was provided indicating that there was need for handicapped guests. We would have been able to advise in advance there the condo was a 2nd floor walk up if we had known.
We do apologize to hear that others were not respectful of the handicap parking laws. We will communicate with the onsite staff to ensure they understand the importance of this for those in need.
