Clean? Not quite!

Extra fees upon arrival rude front desk
Publié le 13 déc. 2022 sur HotelsWe come to Branson every December and honestly this would’ve become our go to BUT when I booked this hotel I called and asked if there were any cleaning fees or resort fees and the lady told me no it would only be what I paid on booking.. so I booked.. when I arrived I was told by the front desk supervisor on 12/9 at 8ish pm that I needed to pay $50 I asked why and told her I was told there was no extra fees and she then lowered it to $20 and with my kids standing there at 8pm at night told me she would not give me the room key without the $20 regardless of what I was told. So hidden fees and that much of. A fit for $20? Idk what I might be charged extra next time and the customer service was so awful I wouldn’t go back there ever.

This might be more on Expedia than it is on the actual resort. We arrived late in the evening and were informed they didn’t have our reservation. We waited 40 minutes for them to figure it out and issue us a room. Once we arrived at the room we received a knock on the door and were told that we were accidentally sent to a dirty room.
Once we made it to our actual room I was shocked at how different it looked than the photos. The room I had intentionally booked look nothing like the photos on Expedia. Different layout and much older than the photos had shown.
This was for our first wedding anniversary and I was pretty upset. We left a night early because we didn’t want to stay in the room and decided we’d rather just make the drive back home that night.
The staff was kind and handled it the best they could but this was a super disappointing experience. Would not book again.

Only complaint is the WiFi was terrible and the tvs are old and blurry

Love staying there. It’s usually our go to place to stay. Always nice folks and nice big condo units. Close to strip and Walmart just down the street. Definitely will stay there again!!!
