Overpriced for what you get - tiny bedroom and ceilings in the basement flats very low. Bathroom was good with good water pressure. Couldn't get internet and no-one to ask over the weekend as reception closed.

Excellent property, spacious and located in a great area to walk to so much. Only issue was no AC, which was expected, but not enough fans. The property could use ceiling fans or more portable fans as it was very warm during the day and bery warm on a few evenings.

- Really liked the aesthetics of the building and suite. Suite was spacious and clean!
- Wished communication was more accessible, had to try the app a few times before. Otherwise, had a great time!

Nice, not perfect.

The bed was soft and small, we didn't find it comfortable so didn't sleep well. The shower was luke warm at best. We raised this with the hotel through the app and got a quick response. Someone came to the room to have a look and agreed the shower wasn't right, however no maintenance staff were available over the weekend. As they were full, the only solution offered was that they could try and find an alternative room for us just to shower in the morning, which is not ideal.

Publié le 28 mars 2024 sur HotelsBrilliant gorgeous place. Thought it would be a faff downloading an app for the key but the technology worked well. Only bad thing was the TV remote didn't work properly.
