Avis We manage more than 120 properties in the city of Buenos Aires

The side walk outside was torn up. There was a dirty pot in the sink upon arrival. Water leaked when it rained into the living room. We contacted the host and no one came to see. Impossible to cook. Filthy old pans. No coffee pods and nowhere to purchase. 1 tiny bar of soap for 6 people. No where to plug in lamps by beds. The apartment was dirty. Dirty drawers. Couldn’t hang clothes. Dirty cleaning rags outside buckets on terrace and outside kitchen. We contacted Fabiana and there is no accountability. The host fee was exhorbitant and is now listed very differently. There were no instructions on the Vrbo website or in communications to contact them if there are problems. We were told to deal with the property manager. We are feeling to write an article of warning to others. We have called Vrbo 4 times.
