Good price, good in room amenities like kitchen and great staffs. However, can improve on the cleanliness and in my case, the dishes and utensils provided in the room were not clean. It could be that previous guests put them in the broken dishwasher and the housekeeper might have thought they were clean before putting them back in cupboard.

I checked in, and I was given an accessible room when I did not book that kind of room. My reservation was made 3 wks in advance. For starters, the TV wasn't working. So I called the front desk, and the attendant says he's coming to check. He comes in, and it doesn't work. He says he is going to get another remote. He comes back with two remotes and nothing. I asked him why I was given an accessible room when I did not book that kind of room. He says they have nothing else available, but mind you, I made a reservation 3 wks ahead. I did not say anything, and he kept trying to fix the TV. When I looked, there was a bug on the bed, and I told him. He brushed it off and told me I would switch rooms. So I packed all my stuff, and he gave me another room on the 4th fl. I get there; everything seems to be okay. When I jumped in the shower, the body wash bottle was empty. Horrible, horrible experience.

Overall nice. Good rooms. Location is convenient as needed to stay near UB.

It was very clean. The room Had all the amenities needed for the stay.the room had a kitchen with all the supplies including a refrigerator. Amazing

It appeared clean I noticed after I slept on the bedding there were stains on it on the side I didnt sleep on. Specks of hair were in bathroom. Other than it was safe. Also be careful I got a ticket in their parking lot.
