Publié le 20 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty fine but didn't receive 'joining' info in time. I assumed 'check in' was at the site not online - needs to be explained better as part of booking process. Gained access eventually, with help from staff on site, who were excellent.

Hi John, thanks for your review however you are aware that you did not receive the check in details due to you not sending any information despite several attempts to contact you previous to your stay and arrival. Communication from you was very poor. I am unable to book guests onto holiday parks that don't provide the information requested

Publié le 26 août 2021 sur HomeAwayThe caravan was as expected. Comfortable for a short stay. The microwave oven failed and was replaced with a new one immediately. The downside for us was the noise from the clubhouse which was close to us.

Hi Joy, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Apologies about the microwave breaking but as you said we did replace it straight away. I am sorry about the noise from the clubhouse. It is 6 weeks holidays so is busier and louder than most other times through the year, kind regards Rhiana

Nic caravan good site near to beach for walks
