Hello, my guest. Our hotel is located in the Nampo-dong area, the original downtown of Busan. It has a reputation for being the cleanest and most friendly hotel in the neighborhood. Also, the distance from the subway to the hotel, access to major tourist attractions nearby, and public transportation such as buses and subways are really convenient. The hotel was completely renewed and opened in 2021, and guests are very satisfied with the rooms that are almost the same as the photos of the rooms in Hotel.com. It is a hotel that is worth considering first when traveling around this area. Thank you for your wonderful trip to Busan with us, and please join us for your next trip to Busan.

Hello, my guest.Usually, September in Korea is a time when the temperature drops a lot, if not cool, but it is still hot this year. I think it's probably caused by abnormal temperatures around the world. I know that there was a lot of damage in Europe such as France due to this summer's heat. You're visiting Busan for your summer vacation. Thank you so much for choosing our hotel among all the hotels. Although we can't help it with the hot weather, we're not sparing any help to make your trip more enjoyable and "cool." Traveling to Asian countries with different languages and cultures can be interesting, but on the other hand, it can be uncomfortable. In particular, you can go to the Busan Port International Tourist Terminal Station if it is 3 subway stops from our hotel. It is the most convenient and inexpensive way to and from Japan. So, I think there are a lot of French guests who travel to Busan and Japan together.We are a hotel that provides rooms in good condition at a good price. So depending on the individual, the room may feel small. I'm sorry to have caused you inconvenience. Couple guests from France two months ago stayed in the smallest deluxe double room for about 23 days, but they used it without any inconvenience. If you prefer a spacious room, I recommend a premium double room. You can use a much more spacious room at a reasonable price.The windows of the room are the up-and-tilt system windows. It may feel smaller than a regular window, but the entire window can be opened, so it is not a small window. It is a product from LG HAUS, so it is much more expensive than regular windows. It is the best kind of window for sound insulation and insulation.I am sorry for not providing you with a more comfortable environment and thank you for leaving a good review.

La localisation est très bien pour visiter Busan, le personnel de l'hôtel est adorable et toujours prêt à vous aider. Chambre très belle et confortable, nous recommandons à 100% !

Dear, my guest. There are many restaurants around our hotel that sell breakfast from dawn. We do not serve breakfast in order to coexist with those restaurants, and because it is difficult for us to sell meals that are more competitive than them. We would greatly appreciate it if you could understand this. Instead, we recommend good restaurants to have breakfast, and if guests request, we can place an order for breakfast delivery. The hotel meals are good, but I think having a variety of unique breakfasts at the destination will also be memorable. こんにちは、お客様。 もともと私どものチェックイン時間は午後4時からですが、8月ということで韓国もとても暑く、ちょうど前日のお客様も早めにチェックアウトされ客室清掃がされている状態で、何よりお客様連れに小さなお子様や年老いた母親もいらっしゃって、11時過ぎの、本当に早い時間に無料でアーリーチェックインを行いました。 正常な料金だと10万ウォン程度の追加料金が発生しますが、暑い日に熱を冷まして、観光してくださいという小さな配慮でした。 お客様のご利用レビューは、お客様それぞれの基準に従って、実際のホテルに対する感想を残すことですが、今回の場合は、実は私たちの評点よりあまりにも低い点数をくださったことに残念な気持ちを隠すことが難しいです。 もしご利用中にご不便をおかけしたり、がっかりした部分がありましたら、レビューに残していただければ、私どもがより良いサービスを提供できるように改善するのに大いに役立つと思います。 ご家族と一緒にされた釜山旅行、良い思い出と共にしたことを願って、福岡は釜山からソウルよりももっと近い距離なので、これからも釜山を度々訪れていただければと思います。 ありがとうございます。

안녕하세요. 고객님. 저희 오션뷰 객실이 고객님들께 후기가 좋은 건 2가지 이유라고 생각합니다. 첫째, 일반적인 해수욕장 뷰가 아니라, 남항 대교가 정면으로 보이는 독특한 항구뷰이기 때문입니다. 보통 부산하면 해운대 같이 해수욕장 전망을 많이 떠올리시는데요. 처음에 봤을 때는 탁 트인 해수욕장 풍경이 좋지만 사실 쉽게 질리거나 밤에는 깜깜해지는 풍경이기도 합니다. 저희는 정면의 남항대교와 어선들의 불빛들이 낮에는 물론 밤에도 지루하지 않는 정취를 자아냅니다. 그래서 특히 하루가 아닌 며칠을 머문다면 부산의 오션뷰 객실중에 가장 재미있고, 즐겁게 즐길 수 있는 뷰가 아닌가 해요. 두번째는 저희는 객실 문을 열고 들어갔을 때 정면에서 바다가 제대로 보이는 객실만을 오션뷰로 판매하고 있기 때문입니다. 사실 이것은 어찌 보면 너무나 당연한 일인데, 생각보다 많은 호텔들이 오션뷰라고 하기 민망한 전망의 객실을 오션뷰나, 하프 오션뷰 등으로 판매하는 경우가 많아요. 호텔 입장에서는 전망이 좋은 방들은 좀 더 비싼 가격에 판매할 수 있지만, 기대했던 것과 다른, 혹은 누가봐도 오션뷰라고 하기엔 민망한 객실을 배정받은 고객님들은 당연히 기분이 상하실 거라 생각합니다. 여행의 시작이 집에서 나와 차량인, 기차, 비행기 등의 교통편을 타고 여행지로 이동하는 순간이라고 치면, 여행지의 시작은 호텔에 체크인하고 객실에 입실하는 순간인데, 그 때 문제가 생기면 여행 전체도 좋지 않은 기억으로 남는 경우도 많습니다. 저희는 그 점을 잘 알고 있기에, 사진과 같은 좋은 컨디션의 객실을 고객님들께 제공해드리기 위해 양심적인 판매는 물론, 시설이나 청결 관리도 매일 열심히 하고 있습니다. 좋은 리뷰 남겨주셔서 감사드리고, 다음에 또 이 지역에 오실 때 저희를 찾아주시면 감사하겠습니다.
