Fantastic Cottage and Location
Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis cottage has been beautifully renovated to a high spec, and the hosts haven't skimped on things like cutlery or pans. It's great to stay in and can easily be more than just a place to sleep. Strachur is small but spread out, and this cottage is more or less opposite the village shop, so really convenient, and it's easy to find and park at. The TV, blu-ray player and Wifi work fine, so you have entertainment and can be online if you wish. We know the village well and it's hard to think of a better spot for visitors. Morrisons found us pretty easily for the food delivery, and the cottage being blue helped with that. We'd definitely come back!

Ideal location
Publié le 7 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayOur cottage served as the perfect base for exploration, from Arran to Glencoe. It was easy to find, and convenient to main routes. It offered a great view of Loch Fyne, and plenty of easy walking around the area. It was helpful to have a clothes washer, and the kitchen was modern and well equipped. Highly recommended.
