Some of the accommodation is excellent but some areas require attention
Generally a good house for a large family or friends with great pool and gardens

Dear Barry,
Thank you for pointing out the maintenance issues. Unfortunately the property was managed by a “professional agency” that was doing a very poor job. Your booking was taken before assigning the full management right and transferred to the agency. We were not aware about the fridge door and other issues. We have been paying large cleaning / management fees and this is very disappointing. The pool and garden were managed directly from us and you may noticed the difference. We have now terminated the agreement with this agency. We hope that generally you had a good trip.
