The location was nice.. but the rooms are in poor condition.. lots of bugs and needs to upgrade in housekeeping

Hidden charges - Mind it

I would not recommended for this hotel. Hotel staff are very rude. There are hidden charges. Kindly clarify charges before booking. Would like to share my experience: 1) While booking online no where it was mentioned to pay for Gala dinner on 31st night. They forced us to pay Rs. 1500/- per person for Gala dinner on 31st Night and without payment didn't allowed us to check-in. During new year eve you have no choice to backoff but to pay what they ask for and believe me you have to pay a lot. Rs.1500/- was mandatory upon checkin for all guests. We were 4 and we paid Rs. 6000 without having Gala dinner (as timing was 8:30 PM - 11:00 PM). All the guest were disappointed but had no other alternative. No wi-fi service, even AC was not working. 2) They have mentioned 3 guests allowed per room but forced us to pay Rs. 1500/- per Guests above 2. Checkin time: 2.00 PM and Checkout time: 10 AM +ve about Hotel - Rooms are in good condition. So mind it before going for this hotel.

Near to beach but standard room was very small

Positive points- 1) close to beach @1.2 km 2) local market and restaurents are very close 3) very good breakfast Negative point, I booked standard room which was very small as compair to other hotels i booked in past.Room furniture is very old.

1.Not a very good experience, the resturant was all of a sudden closed without intimation ,we were given the contact of a outside resturant 2.The rooms were not cleaned unless told after two days of stay 3.There was supposed to be a bar only as advertised but not actually

Hotel was ok but claims on Expedia were lies

Pour : Overall clean, calm, decent breakfast
We had booked 2 premium rooms for me and my friend (both traveling with family). As per their claims in Expedia the room was supposed to have 'attached' and 'dedicated' balconies. But when we checked in the rooms it was not there. When we complained, the staff simply refused to agree and said this is what is provided in premium rooms. Since the rooms were in ground floor and no windows (AC rooms) they were stuffy with no so comfortable smell. One more discrepancy, the hotel is in correctly marked on google maps (my friend got it corrected, but you never know). It was shown very close to the Calangute beach but it not. it would be around 1 km away on one of the main roads. Otherwise since our rooms were in newly constructed blocks, they were clean and breakfast was decent. Overall not a bad place to stay but with 2800 per night there may be better options around calangute which are true to their claims. Not sure whether to hold Expedia responsible for not verifying, though booking is made through Expedia there is no provision provided by expedia to claim what is presented in their website.

Worst Stay

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in my life. It does not have anything positive. Breakfast is pathetic, there are very options only. Rooms are not cleaned, tab in wash basin was not working. I
