1/2 hour drive distance to the sea, all restaurants and shopping facilities need a car-drive
Pool, garden & terrasse were fabulous!
Appartemenet: Mattresses, linen and kitchen equipment need renewal / bathroom is musty / poor cooling facilities
Capacity maximum 4 people
All in all too expensive regarding appartement-quality

Aber der Start war etwas holprig.
Positiv: Pool, Garten, Athmosphäre , sehr freundliche Vermieter
Negativ: Wendeltreppe, Straße , nur eine Klimaanlage, Parkplatzsituation, w-lan instabil

Thank you for appreciating the salient aspects of the house: the tranquility, the relaxation it offers, the beautiful swimming pool, the well-kept garden and the hospitality of the owner.
It is reported in the AD description that there is a staircase to access the house.
Regarding the road and the parking lot, we don't understand why you list them among the negative aspects because the road is the easiest and most comfortable of all the houses on the hills in the area.
the site reports the exact location of the house, please compare that road on the online maps with the winding streets of the other houses on the hills.
about parking there is an assigned parking space a few meters from the entrance.
We apologize that during your stay there were problems with the internet service provider which have been fixed

Camaiore mit Pool
Publié le 11 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWir waren entspannt und allein für uns in dem schönen Haus mit zauberhaftem Pool . Die Besitzer waren super bemüht und wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Schönes und ruhiges Domizil

Herr Ricardo war ein zuvorkommender Gastgeber und bei einem Problem sofort zur Stelle.
Lediglich das WLAN war gelinde gesagt schlecht und nur in einem Schlafzimmer, der Küche und direkt auf der Terasse ( hier allerdings schwach) verfügbar.

Beautiful place
Publié le 1 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had a very great time in Camaiore. The house is up the hill, only a short drive to the small old city center. The salt water pool is extremely nice and refreshing. Great terrace, sunbeds and lot of trees that provide natural shadow.
The house is lovely decorated, the owners extremely nice and helpful with tons of Tipps and support.
Kitchen has all supplies needed, the shower has warm water. Wifi is okish, best in the bedroom.
The additional beds (sofa, gallery) are not as comfy as the nice big bed in the bedroom.
The AC in the living room is cooling really nicely.
We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to Return hence we can highly recommend this place.

Omgeving is leuk! Wandelen, steden, strand
Er woont wel iemand boven je.

A little gem going up the hills

Managers and owners have put a lot of effort brining this new listing on the site and making the stay comfortable. Location on the fist floor secluded but with great views of the mountains and a short distance of some great walks. Being close to camaiore village and the coast we found the location really good to enjoy both worlds. Thank you

Von der Location aus können zahlreiche Aktivitäten gestartet werden, Ausflüge nach Pisa und Florenz, Wanderungen in die Berge und Radtouren in das gesamte Umland.
