Great location fantastic apartment. More difficult to check in then a hotel. Sink blocked and some areas not cleaned well and dusty. Expensive cleaning cost, would expect hotel quality however cleanliness is not that of a hotel. Lovely place, however next time would opt for hotel due to extra support available, cleaner and checkin being much easier.

Great location, walkable to plenty of dining & shopping options. Easy drive to all the popular attractions. Comfy beds & well equipped kitchen.

As a safety concern there is a considerable trip hazard entering both bathroom doors as there is 30 mm rise from carpet to tiled floor
There is a faulty hot plate control on job that renders the FRH element useless
The clothes dryer is not the best as it cuts out after less than one hour on over heat and can’t be reset for a least another 2 hours. The wall mounted dryer is too high and the average woman cannot recover clothes from unit unless she stands on a chair

Balcony not cleaned we could not use it. The unit needs an update.

It was beautifully designed, comfortable for ages 6-77, with an open layout and plenty of sliding doors for fresh air! It was truly our gathering spot for our family and was really cozy and comfortable, clean, kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook, and easy walking distance to Civic with other restaurants and shops even closer. We will DEFINITELY book this again next time we’re in Canberra or another similar unit through MadeComfy as they made the process very simple and easy.
