Baseball Tournament

The house was very well stocked with essentials, very clean and comfortable.
We enjoyed it very much!

Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property is up for sale, when it was time for us to check in there was a realtor at house showing it, my husband got out of truck and asked if they would be doing showings the whole time we was there, she told him no. We drove almost 15 hours we should have been able to pull in driveway park and unpack without having to wait a second. Then on Thursday I get a text from property owner about showing house, I did not reply, thinking they would decline the showing, nope Friday they show up, my husband goes outside and tells them they can’t come in we rented for the week and our personal items are in there, if they wanted to go in they would have to give us a night free they said no to that and left. If a house is on the market that should be known in description that there may be potential buys coming by to see house. The dishes was dirty had to clean before and after using, I had clean washer the best I could it smelled like mildew. Two of the supposed clean beds had sand in the sheets when we went to got to bed and sheets had to be washed. We left a day early because, we felt like we couldn’t go to beach because we wouldn’t leave our valuables in the house and we definitely was not going to leave them locked in our vehicles.

I am bit surprised by this review.
I let the guests know that the realtor was coming on the day of their arrival and they acknowledged that fact. The realtor got their 15 minutes before the guest arrived and delayed their entry into the house but 5 minutes at most.
During their stay, I had another request for a showing. I pinged them twice about the showing and they never responded. They could have taken a second to decline and avoided this issue but they never responded.
We usually get very high remarks on the cleanliness of the house, so I was also surprised about that. I will contact housekeeper to let them know that the condition of the house was below standard and make sure these issues are eliminated in the future.
We are disappointed that Candy wasn’t happy with their stay. We aim to make sure every guest is delighted and we failed in this case.

Perfect for Families

Beautiful spot with a warm pool

Some of our favorite things were the warm pool, the ample supplies thoughtfully laid in by the owner and the soft water. It's surprising to me how many rental homes have very hard water. The water here was awesome! We'd come again.

Family Vacation

Great Week

Property manager was a pleasure to deal with and even helped us out when we were in a bit of a jam at the end of the week when he had no obligation to do so. I would highly recommend staying at this property to anybody looking to stay in the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area.
