Unable to get into front door of condo. Could not reach anyone with Restivo or Expedia. Rundown condition of overall property. Finally found a guard that knew a special way to work the ill functioning lock on the front door to let us in. I was never able to personally open it. It required a lot of strength and manuvering. Instructions to enter building were woefully inadequate. Only because we met another couple who were staying there were we instructed on how to enter and exit the building. The building has an attached section that was never finished and is boarded up and abandoned. We departed after only 2 nights….as soon as we found another place to stay. Overall inside condition of condo..unrepaired items such as an interior blind that is part of a room divider. The mirrors had an accumulation of filth stains. Towels were dingy. Walls desperately needed paint. No toiletries. Need I continue?

I had a charge in excess of my total account on my card, without prior notice, I still don't know why!!
