After reading your comments, the homeowner wanted to share the following: -"We deeply regret that your stay did not meet your expectations. We take great pride in our 5-star reviews and are committed to ensuring every guest has a great experience. -A limited number of front windows have been rendered non-operational due to their orientation facing the road, as the influx of beach sand was leading to dust accumulation indoors. -It's important to note that our listing does not mention the availability of air conditioning. However, every room is equipped with a ceiling fan, and additional fans are provided. We added a free-standing air conditioning unit to enhance comfort in the main living room, especially on exceptionally hot days, although most guests seem to enjoy the refreshing sea breeze. -The cottage undergoes professional cleaning each week, and we perform regular checks, ensuring sundries are provided in the bathroom, along with paper goods, fresh linens, towels, and beach towels. An exhaust fan is installed in the bathroom to mitigate shower steam and odors. -In compliance with strict oceanfront town regulations on septic systems, our system was inspected this year and met all fourteen criteria. We have a reverse water filter system that operates for about an hour at night once a week, as detailed on a schedule in the kitchen. -The newly added teak wooden chairs and settee each come with cushions, and additional pillows are provided in the room to enhance your comfort. -We are dedicated to making every guest's vacation enjoyable and wish you had reached out to us with any concerns upon your arrival or during your stay, allowing us to address them immediately and potentially enhance your satisfaction before your departure.
