Extraordinary
Publié le 3 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis property is in a lovely area of the city. A friend and I stayed 6 days in a second story unit. It is attractively furnished, the kitchen is well equipped. The beds are very comfortable, the baths come with nice small soaps and lotions. A very thoughtful welcome package is a nice surprise: most unusual and a delightful touch. Seniors might want to check out accessibility. Would definitely book again.

Charlotte wedding weekend
Publié le 4 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe condo was exactly as described in listing, absolutely perfectly decorated and had everything we needed. Instructions and details for making it our home away from home were readily available.
Being from Charlotte and knowing the area was wonderful as we were able to walk to the wedding at Duke mansion and to restaurants and felt 100% safe.
From a personal standpoint we would prefer a 1st floor unit versus 2nd floor next visit, so we would not have to lug our luggage, etc. up to the 2nd floor.
All correspondence was immediately addressed with prompt , professional and courtesy responses. Great team !!!!
Two minimal notes:
Could not figure out why the electric lock would start making noises like it was resetting at night, but we were gone so much we didn’t contact the host as it was minor . Probably user error on our part.
Only other item was the 2 ice makers were not producing ice just a solid block of ice, but we had bags of ice so not a problem.
Will definitely book again at this property or any others in their collection!!!!!!!

Five Star Stay

Felt super safe in this beautiful and quiet neighborhood and loved walking to dinner at nearby restaurants. Took full advantage of beautiful fall weather by relaxing on the back porch. Will definitely stay here again if back in Charlotte.

Awesome Stay
Publié le 2 févr. 2021 sur HomeAwayMy family and I really enjoyed our time here. The location was amazing. Wonderful and safe community. The property manager was friendly and accessible. The house was clean for the most part. We had to do a little light dusting and clean the master bathroom, but that could've been an oversight on the cleaners' part. Overall, we had a great stay. Complimentary drinks were provided, which were really appreciated. We will definitely be renting from them again as long as they are available in any city we travel to.
