Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwaySpent the weekend here for a sporting event. This is just a fantastic spot. The lake is besutiful, the water is accessible and shallow for the kiddos. Tje gome is cozy and well appointed. The only thing missing is a swcond bathroom, socif you have a large party, be aware, but everything else was comfortable and perfect. Will stay again.

Beautiful house with stellar views
Publié le 2 août 2024 sur HomeAwayRichard's house on Lake Norman is spectacular. It sits directly on the lake with all kinds of water sport options right there. I really enjoyed swimming and kayaking right off the dock. Kitchen is well stocked and there is a nice grocery nearby. The house was immaculate and communication and check in were both seamless. I will definitely be back.

Perfect Getaway

Great location for relaxing week at the lake!

The location is convenient to grocery/drug stores and restaurants. The owners provided all information that was needed for the stay and was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Family fun!

We spent hours swimming and floating off the dock and enjoying time listening to the sounds of nature from the screened porch.

Peaceful and kid friendly
Publié le 14 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe canoed and waded, bird watched, and ate on the screened in porch through rain. Clean, comfortable, and enough outdoor space for kids under 10 to play on and off the lake. Good place for a small family gathering!

Fishing was great.
Publié le 9 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was as described. Quiet area. My son and I fished from the dock each day and caught some catfish and shellcrackers. Nice area to have a bonfire. Since it was just my son and I ... the single full bath was not an issue - had plenty of hot water for both of us each evening to take back-to-back hot showers. Towels were better quality than we would receive at a hotel. Bed was firm as described - more firm than I like but not a complaint. Super close to grocery store and a handful of restaurants ... 2-3min away. screened in area was also nice - didn't have much of an issue with mosquitos which was surprising but would see the screened in area being a necessity for siting outside after dark during the summer / fall months.

Lake House vacation

The house was very clean and nicely supplied with almost everything we needed. There is a great grocery store a short drive away. Our stay exceeded all of our expectations.
