The property is located right by train tracks with the train and horn waking you up throughout the night. It’s also located right by a large noisy factory. On top of it, when we entered, the place was 83 degrees and took 8 hours to get it down to 74 which was still too hot for us. It is not worth the price.

Convenient to downtown Charlotte
Publié le 29 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis VRBO is great for experiencing Charlotte, the feel of the city and its close location to downtown events. It has a nice view of the skyline as well. Check in was very easy and that it includes parking is a great bonus.

Needs better management/maintanence
Publié le 2 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayIt was in a pretty good location. It just seemed poorly managed. Elevator was broken, and apparently has been for some time. Glad we were fully capable to carry up 2 flights of stairs. Kitchen had only one fork? dirty cups in the cabinet. Not even condiments in the fridge. Bathroom had bugs, especially at night. Bathroom sink faucet was completely broken off the mount. No hairdryer, no toiletries, not even soap. TV remote only worked intermittently. White chair in living area was noticably soiled. Overall not a great stay.

However I feel that you want to be aware of some things.
Kitchen: ice maker created one large clump of unusable ice. flatWare only has one fork
Bathroom: faucet on sink very loose, shower door and shower head needs maintenance
Living space and apartment layout was nice but not clean. The futon mattress, chair and footstool were visibly dirty (not vacuumed) and uncomfortable.
Considering what we paid for one night plus fees for cleaning, the request to remove our trash came across to us as rude.
