Clean and comfortable
Publié le 6 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I had an excellent stay here. The house was very clean and the fenced backyard was perfect for our dog. The kitchen was well-stocked and had supplies of spices and even condiment packets in the fridge. Note there is only a k-cup machine, I didn't find a regular coffee pot. There are thoughtful touches here like a trunk full of throw blankets, a luggage rack, and carpet under the bed so you don't get out onto cold floors. A word to fellow middle-aged peri/menopausal women, the sheets are polyester which makes for sweaty nights. I couldn't handle it and bought a cotron set to use, but my husband was fine with the polyester so this is a personal issue. I had positive interactions with the home/company owner, who was kind and very respectful of our privacy. I will look for her properties next time we're in the area and would stay in this house again.

Wonderful home

Fall break with grandchildren
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is clean beautiful property. It was perfect for what we needed. Personal touches that were unexpected made our trip so pleasant. I wasn’t expecting the kitchen to have extras like hot chocolate that my grandchildren enjoyed and coffee, sugar and creamer. The bathroom also had little extras. We enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard that also included wood. It was close to the activities we wanted to do. My husband said as we were leaving that he would come back!

Lengthy stay for surgery recovery
