Publié le 26 août 2018 sur HotelsSejour reposant. Bon rapport qualite prix. Petit dej avare, pas de menu ou de demande à faire. Accueil pas chaleureux ou un service VIP. Suite propre. Toute les commodites sont disponible dans la suite. Mais personnel pas VIP, pas trés qualifé dans des hotels. Digne d’un 3*.

Very unique property next to very beautiful streets great for picture taking. Short walk to plaza or taxi center. Food is best in plaza square.
Some things were disappointing. I scheduled a taxi pick up with Mohammed from the airport in Tanger days before. He confirmed and told me the name of the driver. I provided flight information. Tanger is two hours away and when we arrived there was no transportation as promised. I called Mohammed ahout 10 times in whatsapp and he never picked up. After waiting one hour I called the hotel and asked what happened. They figured something out and sent a car but waited a total time of 1.5 hours. This was unacceptable and when we arrived we were not offered tea or water as a greeting especially after what they had done. Later we asked Mohammad for a restaurant recommendation that was good and not touristy and he recommended a very touristy place where they got commission. We were very dissatisfied with the food and recommendation. Don't ask for recommendations, just eat in the square it is best.

I would not recommend a restaurant to take commission. We have recommended several restaurants to you and we do not take any commission from anyone. There are many customers we recommend restaurants in Chefchaouen. They did not say such words about our dealings with them. We apologize because the driver did not arrive on time and we apologize a lot and thank you

Great breakfast, really nice owner, much better experience then most normal hotel, if you come, you should give this place a try.

I had a nice stay. They upgraded my room. I had a nice fire lit that warmed the space nicely. This is an old Berber property and rustic. It's lovely.

Reservamos una habitación y el mismo día y a pocas horas de hospedarnos en èl, me mandan un email diciendome que no tenían habitaciones disponibles para mi. Un desastre de organización
