Great Location, Friendly Staff, but Some Room Limitations The hotel’s location is excellent, just a 5-10 minute walk from the Chicago station, making it very convenient to explore the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the front desk staff – they were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available to assist. Another nice touch was the infused water in the lobby, which saved me from having to purchase bottled water during my stay. However, there are a few things future guests should be aware of. If you book the Queen room, know that it’s very small and there is no mini-fridge, which can be inconvenient. I also wish I had known in advance that they don’t provide daily housekeeping unless you specifically request it. This means no fresh towels or washcloths, trash is not emptied, and you have to ask for additional amenities like soap or shower gel if they run out. For someone staying four nights like I did, it meant collecting a pile of wet towels and having to manage full trash bins by the end of my stay. While the staff was always happy to help when I asked for new towels or more shower gel, sometimes requests were forgotten, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, it’s a great hotel in terms of location and staff, but the lack of housekeeping and small room size are worth considering, especially for longer stays.

Service à la clientèle très mauvais !!

À notre départ, ma fille a oubliée ses lunettes de vue à la chambre et l'hôtel, loin de me faciliter l'envoi des lunettes par la poste, à mes frais bien sûr, ils m'exigent de le faire par Fedex ou par une autre compagnie de ce type. Or, d'après Fedex c'est 95$ pour cet envoi. J'ai demandé de le faire par la poste et de me facturer par carte de crédit les frais. Or, j'ai eu une négative comme réponse. Très peu de bonne volonté de leur part, même en expliquant la situation. Résumé : lunettes perdues!! En plus de cela, pendant le séjour nous avions demandé de nous changer les serviettes et en rentrant à la chambre on a retrouvé les serviettes propres déposées sur le lit et les serviettes sales toujours à la toilette, éparpillés par terre comme nous les avions laissé.
