Chambre familiale immense et très confortable

Les photos sont trompeuses, le restaurant, et les parties communes en général sont très restreintes.
en revanche le complexe Laguna est gigantesque, avec tous les hôtels, et difficile à trouver. Nous avions loué une voiture à l’aéroport, comme nous le faisons toujours quand nous voyageons. Nous avons demandé notre chemin 4 ou 5 fois pour trouver notre hôtel, alors même que nous étions déjà dans le complexe!

Emplacement : peu d'attrait touristique !!
piscine trop petite, manque de vie ,hotel idéal pour retraités ,restauration limitée, obligation d'aller dans les autres hotels pour d'autres activités , restauration tres moyen .

The resort is too for the price, and the housekeeping’s service is very inconsistent, but the resort staff’s manners are very good.

Hotel is in a special and good location, we are happy to stay 3 nights here. We can accept the apartment being old and broken condition even smelly in the apartment lobby, we can accept the broken condition in the water park, but we had a very terrible experience at the restaurant for the first day lunch when waiting check-in. Their restaurant staff totally hated us sitting in and asked for lunch but they did say yes for serving our lunch when we walked in, then the nightmare started at waiting, ordering and foods everything… again same experience for the breakfast next day, we can accept simple food but we can not accept the restaurant staff’s poor service attitude. A lot of families, more than 4 members, stay in the hotel, but hundreds of table setting are all separated, we did not mind to combine it my ourself but the staff yelling at us, said it is not allowed. It is OK for not allowed if most customers travelled alone here, but most customers here are family group, why the hotel management did not make part of the tables for 4 persons, and part of tables for 6-8 persons? It is a simple observation issue, how can a 4-5 stars Splash Beach hotel management keeps blind for this? Maybe the answer is simple, they do not care. What is a waste for this spacious and special good location hotel. I will come again and try to stay longer in the villa, but hope the hotel management can wake up. Thanks

Poor client care
Publié le 6 avr. 2020 sur HotelsOur comments reflect the fact that we were caught up in the Corona virus lock down. I would however point out that it was decided mid way through our stay to close the restaurant and bar (clearly due to poor numbers). We could use another hotel restaurant where the shuttle bus would take us if wanted! We ended up going to the Minimart and having salad bowels and ready meals. The pool and gym were also inaccessible though we could sit around the pool area.
Our disappointment extends to the fact that in view of the difficult situation and worries we were faced with and the lack of amenities offered, the hotel did NOT offer any future discount or incentive to compensate for the lack of services provided.
The staff were very friendly during our stay and the fault lies with Managements lack of thought for us as their clients and the problems we were experiencing.
They were spring cleaning the hotel around us as though we were not there.
A token gesture such as free transfer to the airport (where we were unsure if flight would leave) would have been a kindly thought but no. They charged us the 770 bhat when they are 20 mins from the airport. Customer service was lacking by the decision makers on this site!! Profit over client!

Gorgeous place to stay! Amazing staff, the rooms were fantastic, quick walk to the store and quick shuttle to the beach and/or the gate to go into town. We stayed 5 days and can’t wait to go back!

Wohnen am Golfplatz

La suite molto bella e confortevole, struttura bellissima hall e piscina ok. Fantastica vista sui campi da golf nel verde. Pulizia e servizi eccellenti. Servizio navette al interno del complesso laguna molto ben organizzato. Spiaggia privata ok. L unica pecca direi il costo un po’ alto del ristorante
