You feel very welcomed. Sweet staff and the Christmas decorations were gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Over all it was excellent. Two minor items I passed on to the front desk, over head light in bedroom not working, bathroom sink faucet hot and cold water switched.

Overall it was a good stay. The room was good, the bed very comfortable. I didn't find the staff to be very friendly or interact with any of us -in the dining room or at the check in station. They were not rude just seemed to tolerate people.

Morning desk staff was not attentive to customers. witnessed customers waiting 15 minutes for service
