The staff was really nice and the room was clean. Therw also a lot of space into the room

This is a great propety with a full kitchen. Almost feels like you are renting an apartment.

The desk staff were very nice. They are working on the outside of the buildings to make it look nicer. The breakfast was very good and clean.

Great stay for families and super dog friendly!
Publié le 22 août 2024 sur HotelsThis was such a great place to stay! Our room felt like a small apartment! It had 2 separate bedrooms for privacy, each wth their own bathroom. The staff was so nice and really helpful. We brought our two small dogs and they were so comfy. And I didn't feel stressed out like I sometimes do when staying in a hotel with them. We had a ground floor room so we could just walk out with the dogs (no stairs), which was so nice. We will definitely stay here when in Cincy again. I worried the Blue Ash area would be too far out from what we wanted to do in the city, but it was perfect. Also, This hotel is a 5 min drive from Summit Park, a super cool place and great for walking dogs and so much more!

My 12 year old grandson and I had a spacious room that we appreciated. I had anticipated 2 beds but got one bed plus a hideabed. Making and unmaking that 3 nights was good work cooperation. Daily cleaning is not provided but I asked at the front desk for more coffee packets and received them. Pretty good value.

the trip was great but the hotel didn't measure up
Publié le 21 août 2024 sur HotelsI wish I would have know that the hotel was under construction. That was a turn off for me. I wouldn't have bother with the reservations. This was information that could have been shared with I called before making the reservation. . breakfast was lacking. I like pancakes. the machine was broken. the extra bedding pack was not zipped and locked like other hotel provide. the plastic pouch was ripped. I wasn't sure if it was used or not. Hole in the bathroom wall. It was covered up by a mirror. Fact that the mirror was in an odd place drew my attention.

Should be better
