Avis 4 Bedroom 3 Shower room House in 2 acres with POOL- ideal 2 families

We had a great stay, location was perfect, short drive to Cisternino and within easy reach of many other places too.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautifully decorated villa in the countryside. The location was perfect for visiting the surrounding area, with Cisterino being just a short five minute drive. Prieto the property manager was awesome at explaining the house and was always available by text to recommend a local restaurant. He truly knew the best spots. The owner Stewart was also attentive in making sure we enjoyed our stay. Besides visiting several nearby towns such as Ostuni & Aberobello. We also enjoyed visiting the local grocery and a fish market down by the coast. The best of the local produce led to breakfasts and a few late lunches by the pool, wonderful meals prepared by the whole family. The house does not have AC which we knew from the listing, but as we arrived during an August heatwave we were somewhat concerned, however once you open up the doors and turn on the fans the house will reach a comfortable temperature rather quickly and at night we slept Al fresco with our doors open and shielded by romantic over the beds netting. The only recommendation we have to the property owner is it would be nice to have Wifi. I needed to check in with my office for about an hour a day and usually if there is no wifi then I will hot spot on my phone, however we often had weak or spotty cell reception. But overall the stay was wonderful and we would love to return again.

The outdoor space is quite simply a paradise. The swimming pool, surrounded by gardens filled with Olivia tree, offers the perfect spot for relaxation, fun, and memorable moments. Inside, the property is spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished. The blend of rustic aesthetics with modern comforts creates an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. Every detail seems to be meticulously thought out to ensure guests’ comfort. Lastly, the host provided excellent service, quickly responding to queries and offering insightful local recommendations. In summary, this villa provides a unique blend of tranquility, comfort, and luxury. It’s a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Italian dolce vita. 5 Stars from us! Excellent communication from the owners from the start. Pietro on the ground in Cisternino was great and couldn’t do more for us. The Villa was perfect, equipped with everything we needed and finished to a high standard. Tucked away and very peaceful!

The photos of this property do not do it justice at all. Every room is furnished beautifully with high quality items and it was the perfect space for a family group of 6 adults to co-habit peacefully. The outdoor area is gorgeous and we enjoyed many meals in the quiet setting by the pool at lunch and in the evenings. The location is ideal for day trips to the surrounding areas and we had lovely trips to Locorontondo, Alberobello, Ostuni, Torre Canne for the beach, and Bari; as well as local Cisternino. I highly recommend this property if you're looking for a quiet and idyllic spot for a relaxing holiday where you can truly unplug.
