Thank you for your feedback. We absolutely agree, the pool was not in the condition we had hoped, even though that pool provider had come highly recommended to us :/ We have since switch pool care companies and it is so much better now! The pool towels are blue, and the bath towels are white, but we will definitely see how we can make that more clear for future guests. We will kindly note to future guests that when we were made aware that there was some popcorn underneath the couch and a piece of paper inside the trash can, we immediately sent out our housekeeping team to pick both of these items up. Other members in the group told our housekeepers in private that they were slightly embarrassed we sent someone out, and that the home was in great shape. Nonetheless, we will follow up with the two housekeepers and the cleaning inspector we sent it prior to arrival to see how they missed the popcorn and piece of trash, and work to improve.
