I didn’t stay at this motel it was booked out I was told and they took my money out they said would not I want my money back

I Did not like anything and was so pleased when the manager finally arrived and said could not stay there. The place was dirty, the pool was green with algi, the place was full of asains who had obviously been out working somewhere and arrived in 3 or 4 cars while I was there about 20 to 30 of them very suspect. The manager seemed to want me to leave as quick as possible and offered to give me the name of another Motel to go to which I declined. This place should not be on Wotif list.

Absolutely disgusting. People smoking with back door open so it came under our door. Bathroom and toilet run down and unclean. All through the night people were yelling and banging doors, left the back door wide open (felt unsafe) and staff did not do anything about this. Couldn't get out quick enough. Not a fantasy more of a nightmare.
