The property is in excellent condition. The location is great! It’s right in front of Marino mall and great for kids. The staff is kind and Sri Lankan hospitality is just not compatible to other places. Truly this place made our trip more enjoyable. We stayed 10 days and it was the best!

Many amenities such as gas stove, lights, safe, cooker hood, water heater needed to be attended to after we had checked in. Other than this the apartment was clean and spacious. The plaster ceiling was damaged possibly from a leak.

Clean and spacious rooms

Big, spacious apartments. However, not everything was in working condition. Had to call housekeeping for hot water, gas cooker, kitchen condiments replenishment and safes in the rooms needed to be changed. Service was good, easy check in and out Location was good with a mall and supermarket within walking distance.

Very good. Friendly staff. Close to a mall and local shops. Would definitely stay again. gym pool and spa included

location is excellent close to shops, and banks. transportation easy only issue was if you wants to have sonna need to inform well advance and gym was small, staff was excellent and helpful.
